The quickest way to a mans heart is through his stomach or another part that can not be allowed here. A good scope and rifle would let you get to both and then watch!

Be yourself. Take her out. Cook her dinner while she sits and watches her favorite TV show. Tell her that she's beautiful. Buy her something that she's been dying to have (nothing too expensive too soon, it could scare her away). But most of all, remember that if she's not into you, you could be wasting your time. By the time you two know each other, you will know what she wants. Get to know her family. Get along with her family. Be sweet, kind, courteous, and polite. Open doors for her. Pull out chairs. Listen to what she has to say even if it's sooo boring. Respond. Let her know that you hear her. And DONT STOP DOING THIS. If you do this only in the beginning of the relationship, it will get boring and she will think that you were only trying to win her over and once you have her she will believe she isn't important enough to you for you to do everything you used to.

If there's no chemistry, then there isn't a way to win her heart. But if there is, depending on the age of the woman...honesty, sincerity and respect. A strong woman needs a safe place to feel vulnerable. A vulnerable woman needs to feel secure enough to be strong. Do all you can to support her wants and needs, but do not ever give up on who you are in the process. I'm sure you'll find women that are interested in money and other material things, however, not everyone is.

LISTEN TO WHAT SHE HAS TO SAY. encourage her. get to know her better, AND her family. tell her she's beautiful EVERY DAY. be polite. but be funny too, or else she might get bored. send her flowers. give her hugs. kiss her gently. open doors for her. take her to your house and treat her like royalty.
take her shopping. take her to a romantic dinner..even better, COOK HER DINNER. women love that. even if it tastes bad--its the thought that counts. anything romantic or sweet. we're a sucker for sweet romantics.

I wouldn't, in any sense, recommend it, but I believe a sharp stiletto dagger is fairly effective, and takes rather less skill than a rifle.
