teach him his numbers and then get the website with all the colored dots that has a selection hidden in it. you are able to in all probability discover them online and print them out. If he can see the selection interior the circle of dots then he's not coloration blind. There are some categories of coloration blindness too, not in basic terms pink/green. Sounds extra like he's taking part in, my son who i understand, is conscious all his colorations likes to %. up an merchandise and ask the colour and once I tell him he will say no it particularly is "another random coloration". i does not rigidity approximately it. examine the Wiki article - it in all probability has some information on the thank you to purpose. in actuality now you have peaked my interest because of the fact i'm so bored at paintings i'm gonna go examine it out too!

It's hard to tell, especially since some kids just get colors mixed up while they are still trying to learn them. It really depends on his exact age. But, at the day care center I work at, we were concerned about one 3 year old boy. We got lots of different colored blocks held up one and asked him to find one the same color. We then expressed the same concern to his mother, who reported a family history (another item to look into), and she was able to get him to a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.

Give them some blocks (or something) and ask him to tell you which one is red, or some other color. Even toddlers with full vision may get it wrong the first time, but you may be able to tell after a couple tries.

I think it would be impossible to tell if a toddler is colorblind. Randomly asking the color of something doesnt really prove much.. Check this website
