If you are overweight this depends on the relationship between your height, weight and age, then some weight loss may benefit your health and emotional well-being.There is enormous pressure for us to conform to a particular body ideal size. In reality, people come in all shapes and sizes. Many things, our genes, our metabolism and our lifestyle determine our personal body weight and shape. This means that some people will be thinner than others just as some are taller. We are at our most healthy when we are at our natural body weight. But if you feel that you are so heavy and not proportioned to your height, well, you must start discipline yourself for a workout. Take Formula 9 an extremely effective weight-loss, fat-loss and energy formula weight control.

Maybe you should really think about finding something active you enjoy... example: if you like to swim or dance join one of those groups... or find a friend who is willing to do something active like that with you. If that doesn't work and you feel extremely unhappy to the point where you may suggest that you are depressed, i would consider speaking to your doctor.. maybe he/she can help you too!

I won't even try to give you advice on how to feel about yourself, but if you'd like some advice on healthy ways to manage your weight, in reality, not in prepackaged foods, then I'd recommend a free online workshop that I attended. It's over through a site (http://athomewith.ahealthcafe.com). Lots of info on the site, and you can also request more info on the workshops/ seminars.
Hope that helps.

I understand this...and the answers are simple...the reality of the answers ... not so easy.
"I'm Fat:" Eat less, exercise more.
"I'm Unhappy": Eat less, exercise more, choose to be happy.
I know this is skimpy on details, but I'm counting on you to be smart enough to work them out on your own.

This one helped me when I was wayyyy fat.. Put on something comfy, pop in your favorite upbeat CD. Turn it up and dance while you clean. This made me feel comfortable, I was exercising, and having a good time, which made me happy.

Find yourself something to keep you busy at all times, that is active, but that you also really enjoy.
Try dancing.

Get a friend & go walking in the evenings with her. It'll make you want to do it more, & eventually, you'll lose weight.
