My dad has a small business and we were all with BCBS, I just recently got a new job and I have insurance with them. At any rate, yes they do offer small business insurance. My dad started that by going through a brokerage firm and they set it up for him. Hope this helps!!

Call 800-676-BLUE for BCBS... there's an option for if you are a plan participant. They should be able to quote you. Or check out humana.com, or aetna.com. They are some of the primary health care providers in the country.

Best to check the yellow pages for your area under insurance.
Look for someone who specializes in health insurance, not auto and home.
