Just start going to a gym or working out. Drink alot of water and forget everything else. I am hooked on the flavored water now, it's all I drink. (besides my coffee every morning) It worked well for me. I've been at it a year and I've lost 4 sizes. And remember once you start exercising, watch more how many inches and sizes you are losing and don't worry so much about the number. The weight number is what will drive you crazy. When you start working out and it turns to muscle you may not lose as much as what you thought, but when you put on the next few sizes down of jeans, who cares what the scale says as long as you look good and feel good about yourself!

I'm gonna tell u how i lose weight on my own without going to a nutritionist or nothing..first eat LESS but not so much less. then excersice...my routine was the following ...after my lunch like at 5pm i started with 50 abs and 40 push ups, then when u feel u can do it more go for the 100 abs and 80 push ups.. wait i forgot u r a girl , then forget the push ups just start with the abs..start with 10 ..dont give up .. and u will see the results in a couple months..its gonna hurt but its effective u just need a motivation..AND QUIT THE JUNK FOOD. hope u good luck

Do excersies. Perhaps take up a sport or something. Like some self defence course with your friends is always fun. Or just like do crunches and sit ups and stuff like that at home.
Minimize the amount of greesy food you eat. NO TAKEOUT u hear me!?
Eat lots and lots of salad.

There is no such thing as too fat for boys.
Guys will still screw you if you are fat, some prefer fat girls because they know that she will have low self esteem and be pretty desperate.
If you want to lose weight the answer really is quite simple : eat less.

go to bodybuilding.com they have fourms on losing weight and teen working out.
dont let the name bodybuilding scare you, most female bodybuilders are very sexy and dont look like thoes shemales you usualy see (no offence to thoes women)
