I'm trying to buy a used car in Texas for the company I work for, do you know the requisites?

The company is new here in the US, and all of the owners are still working on the paperwork to get their US driver's licence, do you know if this can bring me any problems? We have international driver's licences issued in Mexico City.

also if you buy from a dealership they ought to know the rules

I don't know that driver's licenses' will be the issue.
