Is the #7 train at 42nd street, time square running on Saturday or Sunday?
If not, is there any other way I can get to Queens, Flushing Main Street? I need to go to the East Manor Buffet.

The #7 will not be running between Times Square and 61St-Woodside this weekend (March 10th & 11th).
To get to Main St-Flushing from Times Square you have 2 options:
1) Take the uptown R to Roosevelt Avenue. Transfer upstairs for the #7 to Main St.
2) At Times Square follow the passageway to the 8th Avenue line and take the uptown E to Roosevelt Avenue. Transfer upstairs for the #7 to Main St.
The difference? The R is local in Queens. The E is express in Queens.
The #7 will be running from Times Square the next weekend (March 17th & 18th) for St. Patrick's Day.

I'm pretty sure that it's running this weekend; I didn't see anything under service advisories. Just to be safe, you can check http://mta.info before you leave.
