I have a wonderful, very expensive Cutco set of knives - and the one I love the most I think is called a vegetable knife - large blade, about 12 inches long... I couldn't live without my cheap vegetable peeler, though... and I love both my Kitchenaid Mixers... and my silicon mixing spatulas... and my iron skillets rock!... oh, my double boiler for melting chocolate and almond bark... and I have this wonderful ice cream scoop from Cutco - worth every penny of the $32 (course I got it for free with those outragiously priced knives)... Hmmm... I think the kitchen is my favorite gadget!!

I cannot live without my sky blue Kitchenaid Accolade mixer. I also have this tool called an English Whisk that I got from the Bakers Catalog and it is the coolest. I use it for stirring my batters, mixing pie dough up, mixing bread dough up and other things. I just love the thing.

There are a lot of kitchen things we all need and use.

My favorite single thing is a 14 cup Cuisinart food processor.

My old cast iron skillets. Nothing sticks to them and they heat evenly. They even beat out the $1800 non stick cookware i bought.
