I have thick hair, curly too, and I want to know if there is shampoo out there that might help my thick hair, i mean, it never stays down, its always flipping up and getting really messy. How can it be thinner without making it greasy??

Salon thinning or getting haircut hasnt been helping

Use a shampoo designed for thick, course hair. These shampoos are often labeled 'moisturizing' shampoo. For example, I use Finesse moisturizing and it helps make my hair stay flatter to my head, avoiding poofiness. It doesn't make my hair greasy either. I have also bought a thinning scissors and between haircuts I have a friend go through my hair so it can get a little longer without becoming a fro!
