If when your eating your lunch and someone starts makeing fun of your food get up and leave. People that make fun of others are considered bullies and are afraid of eating the good food your eating plus their missing out of the enzines. Which is very important to maintain a healthy life.

Bring in something really good like a fresh fruit salad, some jello, or even cheese quasadilas. If you are really out of ideas just go to the grocery store, I am sure they have some fresh stuff prepared.

Bring a salad with carrots, tomatoes, of course lettuce, raddish and then maybe weat chips and juice! And then a fruit like banna or apple!

you can make a pbj sandwich. bring grapes and v8 vegetable juice. that is a pretty balanced meal, you could even bring cornchips. im in home ec. and we learned about how to make a balanced meal.
