yes, you certainly can do something about it.

Do report them to Ebay and also give them a negative feedback
so others are warned about their tactics.

How much did you pay for the product, take them to small
claims court.

ask them for a tracking number and check how they shipped it.
by mail, UPS, Federal express.

do you have proof of what you ordered. what you paid and
the original order slip on E-bay...all these things are
helpful to process your complaint.

How old are you, if you are under 17 years of age they
must refund all of your money.....you cannot go into
a contract with anyone. you are not of legal age.

EDIT:
I think that $150.00 is as lot of money for an 18 year old to spend
Do you have proof, such as a cancel check, money order,
hope you didn't put cash in the mail.......
well with this proof and all of the communicatiion between you
and ebay, you might want to follow it up by writing to the
Attorney General of the state you're in. I also think to file
apolice report might be in order, maybe they can advise you.

Ebay and paypal both offer coverage on lost items. First you need to file a unreceived item request, or a dispute request on ebay, and they will work with both you and the buyer to resolve the problem, or ebay will refund you up to a certain amount. You can also file a dispute with the postal service as well if the seller did in fact send the item, but you never received it

If your seller shipped it by a regular carrier, there will be a tracking number that he should have given to you when the item was shipped. If not, notify eBay immediately and you should get some kind of help.
