I am a high school wrestler a sophmore and I am pretty good I have been wrestling Varsity the last 2 yrs. I was 22-7 my freshman yr @ the 96lb weight class. This past season I was
25-11 @ the 103lb weight class. My parents and coaches want me to get stronger and I want to also. But I want to wrestle 112lbs or 103lbs again next yr. I was a small kid my whole life and I don't wanna go up to 125lbs next yr. ne one have advice 4 me

all i could tell you to do is to just lift very intensely and to get enough protein ( 1 g of protein for each 2 pounds of body weight). don't do what jesus said because that will just lead to overtraining. but it isn't really safe to gain strength without gaining some weight. and you don't really need to take ZMA. just have enough zinc in your diet thats the main ingredient in ZMA anyway.

that is very unhealthy but possible. When I was 16 I went from benchpressing 325 pounds to 405 pounds in 3 months without gaining any weight at all. I trained chest and triceps 3 times a week (m/w/f) and tood ZMA which is an all natural mineral supplement.

you don't need to get more muscle to gain strength! you just need the right exercises to strengthen what you've got!! I wrestled in the 133 lb class for 6 years and was undefeated!!

there is no way to get more muscle without gaining a little weight.

I think if you are that concerernd you should go see a nutritionist and see what they can do for you
