For many people with IBS, there is the issue of nerve damage, or loss of nerve function; because of this many cannot control there movement. All the nerves in your body come back to your spine, and a Chiro can help you with the nerves and potentially bring back lost nerve function. This isn't a guarantee though, many times there is no rejuvenation of the nerves. one thing you can do, when you feel the need to go, is just go through the motions on the toilet, even if you don't have to go. this can help retrain some of the nerves and nerve endings in that area. I work for the Global Healing Center, and I speak to many people about this issue every day. If you have questions, feel free to call us, we will be happy to try to help any way we can!
