you won't choose hear this; however the regulations Texas surpassed are because of federal rulings, and diverse state terrific court docket rulings, that guard a father whilst he wasn't precise notified. dissimilar case regulation replaced into made interior the previous 5 to 10 years over this situation and Texas is making an attempt to apply statutes to get what they choose; yet they are going to be trumped by potential of federal regulation. It isn't long till now those new regulations get bounced up against federal regulation. FYI: in case you undertake a newborn and the daddy replaced into not notified you will loose in federal court docket. there replaced into an adoptive kin that fought a father some years in the past and that they spent $250k attempting to maintain the newborn. They lost to the daddy and the adoption enterprise had to pay his criminal costs (approximately$100k). further: those new regulations that they are conversing approximately could desire to do with the girl not wanting to tell the daddy whilst the newborn is being observed out. It does not provide up the daddy from having rights.

I am sorry.. but you will not be able to contact the child unless you had an open adoption. When the child is 18 they can try to contact you, but you can't interfere with their life right now. The parents can have you arrested even. And some parents do not tell their children they are adopted.
I am adopted and I found my birth mother on my own.. after I turned 18.. it was great.. but we have had many differences since then. The last thing you want to do is ruin your birth child's life. Wait and let them find you.. at the age he is right now.. he may not even think about being adopted.. he is only a child. If you locate the child.. you could mess him up totally and he could lose his trust in adults. If at 18 you feel the need to locate him still.. then go ahead.. that way he could totally understand. My mother's worst fear was my biological mother coming to take me away all her life.. think about what you are wanting to do very carefully.
