Completely "full grown" is around 2 years of age.

It does depend on the breed. We have golden retrievers, and our older one was still a puppy until she was about 3. Our younger one will be 2 in April and she's still definitely a puppy...I'm expecting she will mature around the 3-year-old mark as well.

depends on the breed of dog. small breeds are full grown and mature earlier than larger breeds.

my rottweiler reached his max height at 2 years.....and continued to put on weight and fill out till 3. smaller dogs (toy breeds) are usually full size by one year

it depends on the type of dog. bigger dogs mature slowly & smaller dogs mature faster. but roughly around 2 years of age.
