Can Donating Plasma be unhealthy if done on only the two day a week schedule?

Not really. That's why they only let you do it twice a week. The biggest concern is the donation site, which can get bruised or even infected, but they check that, so you shouldn't worry there, either. Trust that they wouldn't let you keep doing it if it were bad for you.
