Eve was made from Adam's rib, right? So that would mean that everyones related in some way. I'm not very spiritual by the way, O.K.

We're all primates. We all evolved from a common ancestor. In that way, we are related. We're all the same species that branched off of an earlier species.

The Adam and Eve story is fictitious.

At this point in human history, even if we had multiple original "parents", we'd all be related and have racial mixes in us all. No big deal. Genetics only go back 5 generations that can affect you, anyway.

But since Adam is our Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat Grandaddy and Eve our Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat Grandma, we might as well as just have the kinfolk over for dinner and enjoy each other's company!

God made Adam from the ground and breathed life into him..Then made Eve from Adam's rib for a help meet and not to be lonely. As the world got progressively evil to the point where God had enough. He had Noah and his three sons build a arc ,put two of every living creature into the arc and the wife's of his sons. The Lord shut the door and it rained 40 days and nights destroying every breathing creature .After the water subsided they got off the arc and god told them to multiply and replenish the earth. The end is coming again this time permanently.

I think you are intuiting an important truth and you're using the only references you know of, to explain your rationale.
Yes, we are all related, but in much more 'real'
and deeper ways than Adam and Eve.(no offense to those who hold a literal view to the story) You are dual in nature. You are utterly unique and individual, yet you are the same as others. This insight comes when one sees from the second perspective.

Well, if you believe in the Bible you are right on several grounds.

Adam and Eve, then the flood so all come from Noah, Shem, Ham, and Jephthah. Also Christ says those that do the will of my Father are my brothers and sisters.

To quote a song "We are family." Unfortunately it is more dysfunctional than any stereotypes.

Oh and if you believe in Evolution we all come from the same primordial soup!

yes, go back far enough and there is an origin of life. all living things share the same origin but for different reasons at one time decided to branch off into other areas more suitable creating a variety of beings. everything that has DNA came from the same source.

Well, the Christian Bible only mentions God creating Adam and Eve - so that would make all the Christians the product of incest.

That might explain a lot.

We come from different orders and sub-families of a primate family. Due to a similar evolutionary process, our genes have become compatiable, we probably split off into different families 15 million years ago. We are not sure if we we're even primates when we split off, we could have been a different type of animal, like a lizard man or something like that.

Yes, everyone is very distantly related to each other. We all came from Adam, so we are all relatives in some way. ♫♪
