if you get your hair relaxed, pantene pro-v Relaxed and Natural is really great. It protects against breakage and makes my hair really shiny. I'm part filipino and part samoan and the rest is white and I have really thick curly hair and I get mine relazed and I use it. I dont know, whatever works for you!

I like Creme of Nature, it leaves my hair really soft and doesn't dry it out like most shampoos.

Mane & Tail works great, Pantene's whole line is good also.
