There was this guy in my class who said i loooked nice b/c i had my hair done, makeup and all that jazz. But today he made a comment to me that was a bit rude..he said i didn't look good,. Does he mean i'm ugly?

It is reverse psychology, although he is being mean he said it because he wants you to care about what he thinks of you. And now he has made you think about it!
He doesnt think you're ugly, it sounds like he likes you and he is just socially inept.

Don't take all the little things people say to you to heart! It's not that big of a deal really. Just ignore stupid little comments like that and you will be fine! I'm sure you look perfectly fine..he may just be insecure about his own looks.

Well maybe he was just funnign with you, but he might have just mean that maybe the clothes you wore looked bad. Well if you thought it was rude you should slapped him for been rude. or maybe he didn't know how to talk to you and he messed up and something came out of his mouth wrong.

well i dont think so b/c y wood he call u pretty the day be4 if he didnt mean it entirely! plus i bet u r pretty! and as long as thats what u think to notthing else matters! and i no thats what ur sunday school teacher wood say but if she did shes right! b/c the outside dosnt matter its the inside that counts! i no it sounds corny but its TRUE 1000000000%!

who cares what he thinks he is just some guy your better than that ignore him i'm sure lots of people think your beautiful if u do thats all that matters miss americas not pretty to me but millions think she is don't rate yourself from someone elses opinion you are who u are and it's not ugly

He could just be a little clumsy about being nice to you.
Or he could be insensitive.
If he says it in a shy way, he's trying to be nice. If he just blurts it out, he's a jerk. Go from there.
