Over the counter anti-fungal cream is all you need. That's what ringworm is. It's a fungus, not a worm. Lotrimin AF or something like that works. It even has instructions for ringworm right on the tube.

ok i had one on my foot and a old remedy my grandmother told me to try was hold a ice as long as you can on the ring worm it will freeze it or you can try blue star ointment thats real good u can get this at walmark

little water and bleach it burns but thats what we used and it works
