Increase your caloric intake - but be smart eat balanced meals just more frequently. Try adding a mini-meal in the early and late part of the day. A mini meal is a bowl of soup and 1/2 a sandwich, cheddar cheese and an apple, etc. - make sure that the weight you gain isn't just fat it will not give you a shapely enhancement but a lumpy one.

You are asking for something that is not realistic or healthy. You would need to gain almost a pound a day, and the only way to do that would be to grossly overeat. You should forget about this idea, and if you have lost weight that you once had, you should go to see a doctor and get help to figure out why that happened. If there is something medically wrong with you, and that problem is eliminated, then you will gradually gain the weight back without just packing on fat.
I think the doctor visit really is the main thing that you need to start with!
Hopefully you will get healthy, and then next year you will be at the weight you seek.

The best answer is also probably the most obvious. EAT. Eat like you will never be able to have another meal. Make your protein intake about 1.5g to 2g per lb. of bodyweight. Also, try taking weight gainer supplements and anaerobic muscle-building exercises.

Keep up the snacking, and maybe you can try to build up that fat, and muscle. Sometimes after a workout you gain wait for getting muscle, but fat does weigh more.

You may think you are eating enough, but I can gaurantee you aren't. The LAW of thermodynamics is on my side here.
Eat MORE!
It's really that simple.
