I'm a teenager who does 3 dance classes, on soccer team, and ski on weekends. About much sugar should I have?

Sugar is really bad for you. It should only be eaten in natural sources such as fruit etc. If you are gonna take it use it only in moderation as little as possible. Does not matter how young you are.

It doesn't matter what you do, sugar isn't good for anyone. Try to keep it as little as possible.

this site is great for finding out what you shold eat. people say suggar is sooo bad for you, but you can still eat it. its fine.
