In muscle or fat?

If you want the fat its easy, although some people, like you and I may have rapid metabolisms.

For me, I have to constantly maintain my weight or Ill start losing. But anyways, just eat alot continuously throughout the day to lose and for muscle you do that AND work out, in brief

why would you want to gain weight? doesnt everybody want to lose weight?

well gain weight is harder then gaining muscle. more calorie intake but not junk food. also start training.

Just advise but,eat good meals several times a day.
