Sounds like you have a middle ear infection. If during your flu, you were blowing your nose a lot or sneezing vigorously, the contaminated material you cough up, sneeze out and/or blow out from your nose can be forced up through tubes that connect your middle ears to the back of your throat. These tubes, when working properly, ensure that the pressure in the air around you is the same as in your middle ear, so that your eardrums don't get over-stretched or ruptured.
These infections generally respond well to antibiotics that only a doctor can prescribe for you. Usually you just put drops in each ear, but if you have a severe case, the doc may also prescribe an antibiotic pill

i had that happen to me once and the doc said your immune system fights so hard to get rid of the flu its down so much it lets other infections in like an ear infection this dont happen to everyone but did me.

might be an ear infection u will have to go to doctors so he can have a look in your ears to make sure if so he will give you a script for antibiotics
