Do i leave my gages in or out?

Question

i originally had a 18G in my ears and i put a 14G and then12G all in the same day. I know this is really bad for you and now my ear is infected. Do i leave the 12G in or should i put a smaller gage or just take it out entirely???

and also my other ear feels like i have a lot of pressure in it (like im under water)...does this have anything to do with my earlobes, or is it just a coincidence that i happen to be sick too?

Only use gold or silver, do not leave them out. Treat the infection with peroxide
