Ok, so I am 5'11' and 148lbs., active in a lot of sports, (particularly Softball at the moment) and I’m 16. But what I hate most on my body [besides my size 10 foot! :P ] is that ..I……… have armpit fat, u know, that little pinch of fat that pokes out of the sides of your bra (or swimsuit)? Well, I have had that for a while and I am really self-conscious about it, I won't wear halters, sleeveless shirts, or tanks because of it. WELL NO MORE! I’m ready break free of MY SLEEVES! and the only way to do that would be to work out, but here is the dilemma, WHAT WORK OUTS GET RID OF ARMPIT FAT?? I’m no stranger to exercise, so hit me with some knowledge!
