Since Sept 2000, I have taken the following supplements:
Glucosamin Chondroitin (avoid glucosamin if diabetic!)
Sam-E
MSM
Hylaronic Acid
Any combo would be great. All work to help the joints. Must give it 90 days to be fully absorbed into your joint tissue. Do not quit after only 30-60 days. It will help with the pain and smoothness of the joints. Be gentle on your joints from now on - avoid twisting movements, no heaving carrying things up stairs, running can hurt. Swimming is low impact and can help the adjoining muscles to build up, thereby assisting your knees for movements. Just try to practice good body mechanics from now on. Get proper exercise training from a certified trainer so that you develop good habits. Good luck!

Many people are unaware that milk is not designed for the human body. Milk is designed for cows. In a country that has the world's third largest milk consumption per capita, we also have the world's third largest incidence of osteoporosis. Coincidence?
Glucosamine is well known for it's joint relief properties, however the one that has been designed to work synergistically with the body is a combination of glucosamine and cat's claw. There is only one company in the world that I am aware of that produces this product.

You should really look into Liquid Glucosamine with MSM and Hyaluronic Acid Caps. They lubricate your joints and add cushion where the joints lack fluid which is why your joints pop. And it wouldn't hurt to up your calcium intake.

I've had the same problem. My stepfather beat me so bad as a child he cracked my jaw, and my nose. I always had snaps, cracks, in my jaw. I had them in my neck I went to the dentist. H fixed my teeth with veneers. And my Jaw is OK now. I can't remember what he did to me but he fixed the jaw cracking. I think you look hot. HOT! HOT zip

Drink water and eat salmon! :D
You need to drink enough water all the time for everything in your body. Always. And Omega-3 fatty acids are supposed to be good for your joints.
