HI im 15 and i run track i posted similar question, but think i posted in wrong section. Anyway ive heard running is bad for ur gorwoth, but on the other hand ppl have said that it will actually help u grow because ur getting excercise and all>

So this is my freshman year and im a sprinter mostely, so i dont run a lot like miles and miles like distance runners, but my workouts are still moderately hard and strenuous.

So my question is, is this something i should really not be doing if i want to get every inch out of my body? or does it have no affect at all? as long as i dont over doo it?

Thank you

i started running when i was 15, i got taller, skinnier and started making out with like a million girls.

well...maybe not so much the last one but still:

track is good for you in high school. do it, you'll meet the best friends of your life. woot.

(also, as a distance runner i have to say that sprinters are lazy, so you won't be doing anything anyway. but, that's just good natured ribbing, my bro. still do track)
