Personally I like A medium Rib Eye Steak (No Sauce just Salt & Pepper)
A couple of Medium to Well Pork Chops(With some Sweet Sticky Sauce)
And a nice bit of Corn smoothered in Butter, Salt and Pepper

Sprinkle of Lemon Pepper on grilled chicken is delicious. Montreal steak seasoning is also great for that Rib Eye steak.

You have made me feel how close the summer is. Barbacues, alcohol, friends, family. Best food has got to my special rainbow trout stuffed with cus cus red pepper and mushroom. Not sure i spelt that right but it tastes fantastic. I also do a mean salt and pepper ribs.x

Since my hubby and I own a mobile BBQ business in St Pete Florida, I guess my favorite BBQ item is fall off the bone smoked BBq ribs smothered in our own homemade bbq sauce, or maybe our tender smoked pull pork sandwiches, smoked for 15 hours in our smoker. I totally agree with you, 100%! I love to just get out the ol' griller and fry up a nice thick, juicy steak or broiled corn-on-the-cob! Mmm mm! Just add some Jello salad and iced tea, and that'll be feast for me! â«âª

Anything! My husband and I enjoy barbecuing so much that we do it year round. Even in the winter, he will bundle up and start the BBQ. Some of the things we cook are steak (all kinds), ribs, ham, salmon, hamburgers, hot dogs (kids fav) kabobs, potatoes...

Lamp cutlets are great, i also love corn cobs with sage, chives and butter wrapped in tin foil and cooked in a webber.
Honey, garlic and soy chicken shish kebabs are also a fav.

If it's cooked on the grill, I love it. Means my boyfriend and his son are cooking and I don't have to. Medium rare steak, burgers and dogs are my top choices.
