The most you can weigh without being fat would depend on:
* Your height
* Your "build"
* Your bone structure
* Your muscle mass
* The opinion of those around you (which doesn't matter!) because they'll be the ones to call you fat or thin.

As long as you are healthy, it doesn't matter at all what other people think. What is important is that you are happy and healthy.

Being called "fat" is a matter of perception on the part of the person saying that. However, normal healthy weight depends on your height, and to some extent on bone structure and body type. Go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ and try your current statistics in the calculator. Slim would be 18.5 to 20.5, medium-slim from 20.5 to 22.5, and medium from 22.5 to 25. Aabove 25 is getting into the overweight class, not good for your health.

That would depend on your frame size. I am 5'1" and I weigh 115, but I have weighed as little as 89 and as much as 140 without being labeled as fat. It all depends on the way you carry it, girl!! Also, as we age, our bodies fill out and we will weigh more. I have been the same height since I was 15 yrs. old and then my weight was 89, but if I were to weigh that now, I'd look anorexic.

my dear fat is word used for personal definitions not medical, to be considered over weight you would have to be 20 points over your body mass index witch is figured by weight and height just google body mass index chart to find one and match up your height and weight and you will know if your over weight. that how you figure it medically as far as fat goes that's just a personal opinion also consider the source if a 90 pound lady says your fat that could mean you have no ribs showing good luck hope this helps
