the water coming out will get replaced over the next couple of days when you hydrate, so don't try to measure your success with the amount of water you lose. When you are excercising however, you are burning calories which makes you lose weight obviously, but no, the water will get replaced. A side note- There is more than water in sweat however, sodium and electrolytes are also being lost. These also don't represent a major loss in weight though, and they will get replaced

Well, sweating really has nothing to do with losing weight.
Water weight is something that will always stay with you, and is only temporary.
When you run, and you sweat, it means that you are working out your body. You're burning calories, therefore, burning off the unhealthy calories of your excess fat.
But, some people, when they work hard just like you, don't sweat at all. Whys that? Well because their body's just aren't developed that way.
But also know that if you're a sweating person, it helps get rid of unhealthy liquids in your body! Personally I think sweating is better than not sweating. And metabolism speed also comes from working out and sweating, because the faster your metabolism is, the less likely you'll gain weight!

If you are a person that sweats, as long as you are fairly out of breath and sweating after your workout, you should lose an ample amount of weight in no time!

I think when you sweat you lose water weight but also running and exercising, eating right, and stuff like that can help you lose weight! keep up the good work!

They say that if you want the best results from any form of exercise, you should exercise in sweats because you lose weight more when you sweat more. If you are sweating due to physical activity, you lose fat pounds. If you are just sitting around sweating you are only losing water weight and it is very easily gained back.

The sweating does not help you lose weight. The weight returns when you drink after the workout. If you are sweating a lot be sure you are properly hydrated. The lose of fluid can be dangerous, besides causing cramps.

I suggest you keep a food and weight log and count your calories at the end of each day. Cardio is your best bet! Do 30 mins min 4-5 times a week and drink lots of water. Stay away from milk products as those are packed with creams and excess fat. Really eat foods as close to their natural state as possible. If you follow these, you'll notice a difference, for sure!

Sweat is only water.
Weight is not an accurate measurement of fitess. Body fat % will give you a better idea of your progress.

Yes, you do lose weight, but not that much. Really, it all depends on how much and what kind of exercising you are doing. It also depends on your cardio level.
