The eye lid on my left eye is red and has a little inflammation. Also sometimes there is white stuff in the eye lid, which i think is dead skin; It looks like little bits of white scalps. What is this?
And i have a lot of allergies so can this be a result?

Sounds to me like a condition called blepharitis. It can be treated w/warm compresses, (using a wash cloth) w/warm water, and use a little diluted baby shampoo, also you can get a prescription for an antibiotic creme from your optometrist. It should clear up. Its red because its inflammed. so, you can use warm compresses w/diluted baby shampoo, and use artificial tears you can get those in the store, if that doen'st help; go see an optometrist to get an antibiotic ointment that ou can use once a day before you go to bed.

Pink eye, very contagious.
Get some saline eye wash, could also be like a pimple from dust or pollen in the eye lid causing the crusty flaky stuff. Also, pull the eye lid down and look for irritation.

it may be some countless issues...it can be a pimple or in user-friendly terms a gland this is clogged. You definitly do no longer decide to do something your self (like attempt to pop it) it may get very contaminated. whether it particularly is a clogged gland a warm towel on your eyes could help, yet while its a pimple the nice and comfortable towel might make it worse so be secure in basic terms go get it checked.

Try taking an antihistamine, and try those eye drops for allergies,,they help to remove pollen and so forth. Sounds like an irritation from an allergin.
