phosphorus can be mined as guano which is fossilised bird poo.

It's a funny daygloish odd shade of green maybe. It burns so hot that water can't put it out. I've heard that it's hideous serious burn wounds if it splashes on you, burning or not. It's used as napalm bombs, artillery destroying metal melting covert bombs, military firebombing, and lots of civilian uses like matches (or maybe they are verboten by the libstapo). Too dangerous to handle.
