can you tell me if he likes me?
he teases me all the time and flings paint at me in art class etc etc. all that immature stuff. also, whenever we are sitting near eachother he scoots closer to me, and like will casually let his arm or leg rest right next to mine. if hes grabbing something out of my hand, he will hold his hand there longer than necessary. all the people in class are like ooo you two flirt a LOT, which i dont think we do. but apparently everyone else does. btw he is two years ahead of me in school. and people keep saying that he should ask me to prom and he just shakes it off. and says nothing. so help please?

okay, here's my answer. me being a guy, who has done this himself and is now totally in love with that girl and she with me. i am the total math geek. i remember when, in history class, she'd ask me for math help, i'd help her with a question that she already knew the answer to and she'd share a candy bar with me. and she doesn't do that. now that i know her i know that she doesn't share chocolate. she is addicted to that stuff. i did stupid stuff, and i flicked paint at her in art class, and i tried everything. everything this guy is doing. when he shrugs it off and just says whatever, he really thinks about it. he gets embarassed and thinks about it. and you never think your flirting but you are, this is the child in you comming out because he/she is comfortable with the person that you are flirting with. you don't notice it. so one thing that i would say for you to do, is to ask him. ask him if he likes you. but from what your saying right now, i'd say he does, very very much. unless he's a flirt and does this with everybody (which apparently he doesn't) go for it! have every right to be happy. just don't whore yourself out to him. don't start wearing skimpy clothes and stuff like that. don't start sucking on his fingers and stuff. be you. be normal. just ask. bring it up in normal conversation. if you have any problems email me @ girkin90@gmail.com okeeday? alright, i'm out. but he likes you. *teasing poke*

This guy is OBVIOUSLY attracted to you.
If you push some more of his buttons, he will probably make a move on you.
You're already doing some things correctly, like not being too excited about it, being cool or whatever.
The immature stuff shows that not only is he attracted, but he is comfortable around you, which is an AWESOME thing. You basically have this guy if you do two things.
You ARE flirting. So keep it up. Keep doing the best friend stuff and treating each other like brother and sister. I love when I hear "love stories" like this. Gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling. :)
You DO like him, so don't do something typical a girl would do, like tell feelings. Just CHILL. He will make a move in the next week. I AM SOOOOO SURE.

Yes he likes you and a lot. Start dressing a little sexy, take time to do hair , makeup and dress up. Let him see the pretty girl he could take to the prom. If he does not ask you, ask him. This is the new age, it is okay for a girl to talk to a boy first about the prom.

ok there was a guy that did the same thing to me as he is doing to u and we ended up going out for one and a half years-- but i made the move. If u really like him and u r good friends:ask him out. technically u dont have anything to loose cuz u r really good freinds. The only thing i would be afraid of is what if he takes it the wrong way???????

I think you are sure he is enjoying this flirting too...Sounds like he is interested in you, BUT not that he wishes to go to the prom..Just wait and see what happens, or ask him if he is planning on going to the prom this year...

He is in love with u, but because he is a guy he will never admit it and will do all those immature stuff so u dont realize it. thats just how guys are.

from going by what youve said it sounds like he likes you...but do you read into things too much? it sounds so cute. thats how me and my boyfriend were in high school before we hooked up...maybe you should lay it out on the line and just ask him how he feels or tell him how you feel...best of luck hun!
