Aside of the food ideas other are giving, see your doctor for advice, maybe you are low on vitamins or something.

Three kids are a handful! No wonder you feel like you do. A little help and understanding from husband and family members could give you some free time to enjoy things you like and have the rest you need!

At least you know kids will grow.
Then they will spend more time away from home and have you worry sick! Then they will marry and make you a granny. (he he) So enjoy them now as they are !!!

A big kiss to all caring moms!

I think that you probably need a good, steady diet high in protein. If I were you, I would also think about getting in touch with a local dietician. Quick fixes aren't going to help you over the long haul, and you don't want to crash right when your kids need you after you've eated a ton of carbs or drank a ton of coffee.

Also (as if you needed even one more thing to add to your schedule) 20-30 minutes of exercise would probably help boost your energy long term. Meditation could also be beneficial, if you can get 5 or 10 minutes of peace and quiet!

One last thought... you may want to see your doctor just to make sure that you aren't suffering from anemia or postpartum.

Good luck! Take care of yourself so you can take care of your family!

I'm not quite as busy as you seem, but what always gives me a great energy boost in the morning is a Granny Smith apple. Unlike coffee, they don't have any caffeine, taste great, and are healthy.
