You can't be in love if you don't know the person (unless you do and you're shy about asking him out) just ask him out and see what happens

Well, nothing is likely to happen if you do nothing. I'd at least try to step out of your comfort zone a little and make yourself known. Flirt a little, show them enough attention that they'll know you care, etc. After they have some confidence that you like them, they might make a move. Do what you feel good about, but you might regret it if you just stand back and hope for something to take place.

Depends; Just don't be shy and talk to him about something relevant at the time. Easier said than done i know, but if you want anything to happen you must talk to him, thats the 1st step. After that, things should fall into place (if they were meant to be).

well, does he like u back??? if he does, find a way to tell him how u feel ; a note in his locker, call him, tell him personally, ask a friend to tell him for u, or anything else. if he doesn't like u back, just wait. he'll make his move. that happened to me, i liked some1 and he didn't like me back. i asked my friends to ask him if he likes me and he kept saying no but finally, he asked my out. (right after the school dance). of course i said yes. (btw, he asked me out on halloween) just do w/e u feel like doing. do what u think is comfortable.
hope this helps.

I think you should go out there and talk to him! Hey, what harm could it do? Good luck!
