Why does my navel keep itching & being dry?

If you live in a cold weather area that is a big factor. Cold air has less humidity and dries the skin out. Also, you may have some soap from your shower and that causes itchy skin.

That is normal, you can just put some lotion on it if you're not sensitive to it.
