They are finding that even nerve cells can repair themselves under the right conditions, although they haven't found all the right conditions to get the spinal chord to repair itself enough to cure the paralysis that results from a severe injury. The same goes for some kinds of brain injuries. Again, nerve cells are involved. Most other parts of the body can self-repair, perhaps with a little or a lot of medical help, depending upon the severity of the injury. (We're talking about repair here, not regrowth or replacement of complete organs.)

The spinal cord does not regenerate. Technically, all nervous tissue does not regenerate, but the brain can make other cells learn to perform lost functions, and peripheral nerves can be sewn back together with some return of function. The spinal cord, once severed, can't be repaired so it will function. Stem cell research may lead to a treatment for this type of injury.

The correct answer is most of the things already mentioned. Actually, the body cannot reproduce a living cell.

The liver can regenerate itself. The brain can re-route.
Bones can heal, but I think teeth are probably one of the things that can't.
