Is it the same, and can it be used the same way?

I've been researching the same and here is what I've learned:
--PB2 contains sugar and salt, in addition to defatted peanuts.
--Defatted peanut flour comes in a many levels of defattedness - anything from 40% to 100%. PB2 is about 23% fat.
--According to one person claiming to be a registered dietician who has both PB2 and Defatted peanut flour, they are not the same. She/he prefers using PB2 for typical peanut butter uses.

Hope that helped!
