why when i click on an avatar to design it wont do anything it says error on page?

I have tryed so many times to get an avatar you have to have one to edit on question and answers under pictures

There seems to be a slight problem at the moment with certain aspects of the Yahoo site. I can not be certain, and I'm sure we will receive more information shortly however you are the second person to comment on this.

I would try again in a few minutes.
Other things to try are:

log in and Out
Refresh the current browser / page
Empty your cookies
Empty your cache (temporary files)
