If it's in the UK then it's the code for Romsey in Hampshire (southern England). The UK dialling codes were changed some time ago and the new code is 1794.

The 1794 code covers Romsey and the surrounding areas of Braishfield, Broughton Earldoms, Kings Somborne, Lockerley, Tadburn, West Wellow and Whiteparish.
