Ok there is a guy that I have been talking to. Please remember he started talking to me first. We are just both getting out of relationships and only want to be friends. last week we would text back and forth all week. Sunday he text me to ask if I got home safely I said yes and asked him a question he answered and than I wrote back but he never answered I have tried sending a couple more msg's but still no reply. What happened????????????????????????

The list of what went wrong is almost endless. His phone went dead, he got busy, and hasn't checked his inbox yet. He got back with his old girlfriend, and didn't know how to tell you.
Perhaps, he thought you two were getting too close and too fast, and got scared, after his last break up.
I'm sure there are other reasons, but why don't you, instead of texting, you call him direct, by voice.
Hopefully, he will answer and you can find out what happened.

This might not even be anything serious to worry about right now.
Maybe he was or had to go away on business,had a family emergency, is having pc problems or maybe he is sick. This all depends on how long you have actually been waiting for a response

you tipped him off to the fact that you want it to be something more than just friends. leave him alone for a while and see what happens. honestly; friendship or not he shouldn't have went there talking to you in the first place if he wasn't ready for a relationship so if anyone has dropped the ball it's him, not you ...

It's probably nothing more than he reached his text messaging limit or however that works. If he still doesn't talk to you in another way, then go and talk to him.

I need to know what the question was, and he may be emmbarased, asking " did you get home safely ? " is soooo a clue, either he got to gether with his old gf, or HE IS IN LOVE WITH YOU !!!

Maybe he realized that he's talking to you quite a bit, and that he doesn't really want to since he doesn't want a relationship. maybe he just doesn't want you to get disappointed in the end

Maybe you're bugging him too much and he thinks you wanna date and he doesn't. Thats what it sounds like to me, although I don't know for sure of course. Good luck.

well I think he might of gotten scared about what you asked him. it is none of my business what you asked him but i think that you scared him off. not all guys get scared. some are very mature and some are like children. it really depends upon them.
