Hawaii Creole English. Or, as the locals (incorrectly) call it, Pidgin.

It's freaking annoying, and sounds incredibly uneducated. I can't understand a single word they say, and I'm usually very good at interpreting various accents.

For the record, a creole is, in fact, a separate language from English.

Native New Yorker, Fran Drecsher ( not sure about the spelling, forgive me Frannie! The Nanny star! ) style. Oh sure they're people too, it just hurts what my ears hear, they tell me I sound like I walked out of the movie "Fargo".
