umm.... why would you want to?

You could probably just stop exercising your legs.

You need Endurance exercise, like play basketball or fast running for short periods of time(30 seconds to 1 minute). That will take away the fat and lean the muscle out.

---> Not exercising is not the solution it will grow over with fat and remain large
