A loss of lean body tissue SLOWS your metabolism. The only way to replace muscle tissue is to eat enough calories to sustain your weight and perform resistance training. There have been cases where thyroid hormones are decreased, and so metabolism is slowed, as a result of chronic low calorie intake. This occurs naturally as a protective measure -- it's the body's way of conserving energy. This, too, may be reversed through proper balanced nutrition and taking a fat blocker supplement in which you'll have complete control over what and how much you eat. No need to worry about willpower because with ZetacapT you simply can't eat!

What calories your body does not use from what you take in is stored as fat. If you take in less calories than you are using...you will lose weight. If you take in more calories than you are using ,you will store them as fat. Simple equation.....always works like this. Metabolism is increased by exercise. To a minimal extent (less than people know) your thyroid being low can make it a little difficult to lose weight. But the majority of the time....you are eating too much...especially the wrong things.
