No I do not have the the CD and I know it's been discontinued, but I know there's somewhere you can DL it. I tried Picasa2 from Google and it's nice and all but I want a certain effect. My friend had a picture where it looked like she did Sepia then did this effect where it made it look like some k ind of painting. Not cartoon or drawing but a painting. She told me she did it with MS Office Photo Editor.
I also have PS CS2 so if it has that effect in there somewhere, I'd like to know. I'm very new to CS2 and only know a/b 1/20th of that it can do. :[

I found this one the other day, Its free and you need to download all the parts, and the tutorials. But I found photos on my computer that I couldn't before. So hope this helps.
