Get the hydrating creme extreme from beeroyalproducts.com. It is the best and contains no petroleum products or alcohol like most other creams. It is the best for your face. It is not greasy and will leave your skin feeling like powder fresh. I can't say enough about it. It's just awesome.

My daughter has alot of problems with her skin. The dermatologist said that when you are purchasing a moisturizing lotion to read the ingredients label. The fewer the items the better, preferably with 8 items, Aveeno has some good ones. When you get out of the shower, pat dry the excess moisture off your skin, do not rub. While the skin is still damp from your shower, this is the ideal time to rub the moisturizer into your skin.
Also drink plenty of water during the day and it also doesnt hurt to take fish oil supplements

You should use a moisterizer on your face, not lotion, it is too thick. I have dry skin as well and have been using Boscia which you can get at Sephora and it is reasonably priced. ($25-$35) If you are looking for body lotion then I would try either the Aveeno (oatmeal) fragance-free lotion (since fragrance is usually more drying) or Eucerin. Both work great.. Good luck!
