automatic reboot problem?

I get a box on my screen after boot up saying windows is shutting down in one minutes please close all programs and the seconds start to count down and shuts down.

This sounds like the sasser virus from a while ago, here is a link with instructions and a removal tool

do you have all your windows updates? if so get a good antispyware like superantispyware and use it ps disconnect your internet while running it
