Hi,
I know what you are going thru, my daughter has seen a couple of them too.
But what I have learned is the more you try to tear them apart, the more they (she) will fight to stay together. If nothing else, just to prove you wrong.
No matter how much it hurts you to see whats happening, you need to step back, make sure she knows she can come to you if she needs to, and hopefully she will see on her own what a loser he is.
Of course, if he hurts her physically or it is an abusive relationship, that's a whole new can worms, and you need to do everything possible to get her away from him now.
Good Luck!.

First of all, try discussing things with your daughter without offending her. If she is in love with him, then there is nothing you can do to change that, its already too late. If she isn't in love with him, and she's just attached then try to give her advice on how to break it off in the least painful way, according to an experience that you might have had. The worst thing you can do is try to sabotage their relationship. This will not only bring them closer together when she finds out about it, but it will ruin your relationship with her as well.

you can't she's legally an adult. do anything distructive and you'll push your daughter so far away from you it won't be funny. My mother didn't like a guy I was dating when I was 18, I left and moved in with him. there was not a bleeding thing she could do. I kept my distance from her for 2 years and the relationship was never the same again. If you want to keep you daughter you'll stay out of it.

It will self destruct leave her be to grow up on her own. As long as she is in no immediate danger - you can't play Momma Bear to your Cub forever, she'll figure it out.

I would let her find out her self. At that age they dont understand and the more you tell her not to see him, the more she will.

The more you try to sabotage it, the more she will hang onto him and push you away. Hopefully she will come to her senses.
