a six week old pup should not be weaned! Why do people try to make their human and animal babies stop nursing so early!!
Never give cow milk, buy puppy milk or goats milk , at least for 2-3 more weeks. Also introduce puppy food, you can even moisten it with the puppy milk.
Your puppy was taken away from it's mom too early, it still needs milk.

A 6 week old puppy should be weaned. Do not give it any milk. Try some soft food and then gradually convert it to hard food over the course of a few days or a week.

No, he should not be on milk anymore. He should be on puppy food. You can start him on Purina Puppy Chow dog kibble, however, you need to add warm water to it and let the kibble soften before you feed it to him. Do not feed him any milk, as that will cause digestive problems

Yes,what you can if you want do is mix dry dog food (little chunks) ,and then mix that with some evaporated milk. If your dog is still growing its teeth then let the food get soggy in the milk i did that when i got my puppies and it worked fine
